SANS and USANS Data Reduction and Analysis with IGOR Pro

The SANS group at the NIST Center for Neutron Research provides SANS and USANS Data Reduction and Analysis software in a visual and user-friendly form. The software is compatible with Macintosh/PC platforms and requires that IGOR Pro is installed. You do not have to purchase IGOR Pro - a free demo version of IGOR Pro is available, and will produce ASCII output that can easily be read in by other graphics or analysis software packages.
IGOR Pro (* see disclaimers below) is a commercial software product available to Mac/PC users. You must have IGOR Pro to be able to use these routines but you DO NOT have to purchase IGOR Pro. A free demo version of IGOR is available from WaveMetrics Inc. The SANS reduction procedures require IGOR Pro v.4.09 or higher, or the Demo version of Igor 4, 5, or 6. The USANS reduction and SANS analysis procedures have been written and tested on v6 and higher only.
